Breakfast time as a time when cultural barriers are broken down, guided by an exceptional mediator, the teacher and writer Jada Bai.

An opportunity to learn about Chinese culture by talking and tasting, breaking taboos and breaking down stereotypes, during a rich and original Chinese breakfast.
Meeting at the Xiao Meng Lou restaurant, Via A. Marini 1.

Cost € 15 per person (payment in cash on site) - duration approximately 2 hours.

Street Food Tour

Saturday 8th February - 12 and 6 p.m. 
Meeting in the square in front of the Union City supermarket, Via Becagli 1/e. Max 40 places per tour.

Food tour in the Macrolotto Zero, curated by Sarah Manganotti and Nuvole di Drago.
Discovering the different types of regional Chinese cuisines, walking through the neighborhood, guided by sinologists and cultural mediators. Using cooking as a way to analyze society and culture.
We will taste typical dishes, the recipes and symbols related to the consumption of certain dishes will be explained in function of the celebration of the Chinese New Year.
Participation is not recommended for those who have allergies to gluten and shellfish.
